Major set-backs, lost (and regained) hope, weight-loss… the burden of it all.

I’ve been away for some time… though ironically most of that time I’ve started working out and aiming towards setting things straight again. I sort of lost myself during the mid-term holidays in my school, gained weight, ate anything but what’s on my actual diet. It was a major setback, but… summer’s not until a couple of months ahead, and the only thing I feel like I HAVE to lose weight for is the last week of August, otherwise I’ll let the weight-loss happen slowly, but steadily. Trying to set things straight again, though. If I lost it in the first place, I can lose it again. 

The thing is, I kind of need ONE day a week when I can just let the diet go (though I still exercise during that day) and eat candy. Normally I just require one type of candy and try not to eat anything but that, and when Saturday (which is my official candy-day) turns into Sunday, I prevent myself from eating anymore candy, even though I didn’t finish the candy I got. Uhuh, it’s Sunday, and my glorious candy-day is over! Either way, my questions are;

- Have you got an official candy-day, and for what reason? (Mine is because I need to let go of everything except the workout that ONE day, so I won’t be tempted to do so all the other days. I’m trying to eat less and less candy every Saturday)

- Tell it truly, now: Do you think having a candy-day is a good or bad idea?
